Request B2B sample feasibility
Send the spec. Same business day for standard B2B audiences, with reachable n, expected incidence, a fieldwork window and a cost per complete that holds.
Three groups of questions. The first two describe the study, the third tells us where to reply.
One reply, with numbers
- Reachable n for your exact definition, not a category average
- Expected incidence and what in your spec is moving it
- A fieldwork window we believe, with the risks named
- A cost per complete that holds for the brief you agreed
- Anything that will cause trouble in field, said up front rather than after you quote your client
When to expect a reply
Response times assume a complete brief. Fieldwork length is a separate number and comes back with the read.
Already have a brief?
Email the specification, screener or questionnaire straight to hello@validnresearch.com and we will work from that instead.
Feasibility requests: frequently asked questions
How quickly will I hear back?
Same business day for standard B2B audiences with a complete brief. Hard to reach and specialist recruitment takes two to three business days, because we confirm supply rather than estimate it. Qualitative and consumer briefs are confirmed after we review the audience and the session or quota design.
What if I do not know the incidence or the interview length?
Give your best estimate and say so in the notes. We will tell you what we think the real incidence is against published figures, and soft launch confirms the real median length before full field.
Do I have to send the questionnaire?
No, but it sharpens the read. If you have a screener or questionnaire, email it to hello@validnresearch.com and the length and incidence estimates get more exact.
Will this put me into a sales sequence?
No. One reply from a person with the numbers. If you want a call you can ask for one.
Can you quote several audiences or markets at once?
Yes. Put the main one in the form and list the rest in the notes, with the counts per market if you have them. We quote each separately so you can see what each cut costs.
