Redirect links for complete, terminate and over quota. Screener review if you want it, and we will tell you if the interview is too long for the audience.

Soft launch
Ten percent of sample in, data checked with you, then full field. Incidence and length are confirmed against the quote here.

Daily counts by quota cell. Verification runs continuously, not at the end.

Rejected completes removed and replaced before you see them. Every one logged with the reason.

What is the minimum project size?
Fifty completes for a standard audience. Smaller executive recruits are handled as hard to reach B2B with per participant pricing.
Do you host surveys?
Usually you host and we deliver respondents into it. We do program and host when a client wants the whole project handled, but it is not the core service and it is quoted separately from the sample.
What if my survey turns out longer than the quoted length?
Soft launch shows the real median. If it is materially longer than the spec, we tell you before full field and requote. If it is within a minute or two, the price holds.
How are completes counted for invoicing?
Only completes that pass verification and land in a quota cell count. Rejections and over quotas are never invoiced.
Can you match respondents to a previous wave?
Yes for recontact studies, subject to respondent consent and the original source terms. Exclusion of a previous wave's respondents is always possible.
