B2B sample and research recruitment
Four services, one verification standard, and the commercial terms agreed before the study starts.
Whether you need a thousand verified completes or twelve scheduled interviews, the brief goes to the same place and comes back with what is feasible, what it costs and how long it takes.
Key points
- B2B online survey sample is the standard engagement: verified completes delivered by redirect into any hosted survey, priced per accepted completed survey.
- Hard to reach B2B is for audiences we have to go and find rather than draw from existing supply, priced per confirmed participant with no fixed minimum.
- Qualitative recruitment covers in depth interviews, diary studies, communities and focus groups, for B2B and consumer audiences.
- Consumer survey sample runs through the same supply with identity and duplicate checks; the employment layer does not apply.
- Every route uses the same review criteria, the same held pricing and the same record of removals and replacements.
What does your study need?
Four services. The first two are B2B sample; the other two exist because most studies need something alongside it.
B2B online survey sample
Verified business respondents delivered by redirect into your hosted survey. The standard engagement.
Example briefIT decision makers at companies with 500+ employees, for a brand tracker.
Hard to reach B2B
Custom recruitment where the people have to be found rather than drawn from existing supply: narrow verticals, named platform users, senior roles.
Example briefProcurement leaders responsible for one category of enterprise software.
Qualitative recruitment
Participants recruited and scheduled for in depth interviews, diary studies, communities, focus groups and user research.
Example briefFinance leaders for sixty minute depth interviews, or consumers for a two week diary study.
Consumer survey sample
General population and targeted consumer studies, with identity and duplicate checks on every complete. The employment layer does not apply.
Example briefRecent purchasers in a defined category, with quotas by age and region.
Pricing, minimums and response times
The three things buyers compare first, in one place. Fieldwork timing is quoted separately from response timing.
| Service | Pricing basis | Project size | Feasibility response |
|---|---|---|---|
| B2B online survey sample | Per accepted completed survey | From 50 completed surveys | Usually the same business day for standard audiences |
| Hard to reach B2B | Per confirmed participant | No fixed minimum | Two to three business days, because we confirm supply rather than estimate it |
| Qualitative recruitment | Per confirmed participant | Scoped to the study | Confirmed after we review the audience and the session format |
| Consumer survey sample | Per accepted completed survey | Scoped to the audience and quotas | Confirmed after we review the brief |
Response times assume a complete brief. Fieldwork length is a separate number and is quoted with the feasibility read.
Know what happens at every stage
The same four steps whichever service you use.
Share your brief
Audience, markets, how many completed interviews or participants, and the survey length if you have it.
Review feasibility
Reachable counts, expected incidence, a fieldwork window and a price. Anything in the brief that will cause trouble is flagged here, not later.
Agree and field
Links tested, soft launch confirms incidence and length, then full field with daily counts by quota cell.
Receive the results
Completes to quota or participants scheduled, the record of removals and replacements, and an invoice that matches the quote.
What comes as standard
There is no quality surcharge and no premium tier. These are the product.
Review in three stages
Participation signals at entry, employment evidence against the stated role and employer, and a human reviewed category knowledge question before a complete is accepted.
Held pricing
The price quoted at feasibility is the price invoiced for the agreed brief, including when actual incidence comes in below the estimate.
Replacement at no cost
Completes that fail the agreed review criteria are removed and refielded before delivery, with the reason recorded.
A record of removals
Every removal, the stage that caught it and the replacement, delivered with the data so base sizes can be defended.
Where we field
The United States is the deepest market for every B2B audience we publish. The United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France and Australia are fielded regularly, with feasibility quoted per market rather than as a global figure.
Other markets on request. When a market is thin for your audience we say so at feasibility, with the reachable n we actually believe.
Work with your survey setup
Redirect delivery works with any hosted survey. We pass a respondent identifier and quota variables on the way in, and read complete, screen out and over quota status on the way back. These are the platforms we deliver into most often, and anything else is on request: if it accepts a URL with parameters, we can deliver into it.

Programming and hosting is not our core service, but we take it on when a client would rather hand over the whole project. Say so at feasibility and we quote it as a separate line.
Running your own supply integration? We do not publish an API of our own. Where a partner source exposes one we can deliver through it, so tell us what you integrate with and we will say plainly whether it works for your project.
B2B sample services: frequently asked questions
Which service do I need for a standard B2B tracker?
B2B online survey sample. Send the spec, get feasibility back the same business day for standard audiences, and we handle quota management, review and replacement through field. Trackers benefit from a blend of our own panel and partner supply, because a study run on one pool alone loses incidence wave over wave.
What is the difference between hard to reach and standard sample?
Whether the people can be drawn from existing supply or have to be found. Below roughly 5% incidence, and for named platform users or narrow verticals, the work becomes recruitment rather than sampling. That changes the pricing basis to per confirmed participant and the quote turnaround to two or three days, because we confirm supply rather than estimate it.
Do you recruit for qualitative research?
Yes. In depth interviews, diary studies, online communities, focus groups and user research sessions, for B2B and consumer audiences. Participants are verified to the same standard before they are scheduled, and we handle reschedules and no show replacement.
Do you field consumer sample as well as B2B?
Yes. General population and targeted consumer studies run through the same supply with identity, geolocation and duplicate checks on every complete. The employment layer does not apply, so the quality control is the consumer grade standard done properly rather than something special.
Can one project combine quantitative and qualitative?
Yes, and it is a common pattern: a quant survey with a recontact for depth interviews among consenting respondents. We field both, and the quant sample is recruited with the recontact in mind rather than bolted on afterwards.
How is pricing different across the four services?
Survey sample is priced per accepted completed survey and driven by incidence, seniority and interview length. Recruitment work is priced per confirmed participant, because the cost sits in finding and scheduling the person rather than in the interview. In every case the quote holds for the agreed brief.
Do you host or program surveys?
Usually you host and we deliver respondents into it. We do program and host when a client wants the whole project handled, but it is not the core service and it is quoted separately from the sample.
Can you work outside the United States?
Yes. The United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France and Australia are regular markets with feasibility quoted per market. Others on request, and we tell you when a market is thin for your audience rather than promising it.
Send the spec. Get real numbers back.
Audience, market, target n, expected interview length. Feasibility the same business day for standard audiences, with reachable counts, an estimated qualification rate we believe and a quoted cost per complete that stays fixed for the agreed brief.
